Arcata Pool Renovation!
Get ready for a brand-new Arcata pool experience!
Timeline:
Construction begins this Fall!
September 7th – October 16th*
We are so thrilled to be rolling out major upgrades to the Arcata pool this Fall, beginning early September. The pool will be closed during the renovations and will reopen promptly upon completion of the project. Don’t worry, we have many options to accommodate you during this closure! Let’s dive in!

Project Scope:
Pool Resurfacing
The entire pool will be resurfaced. The pool will now be much smoother on your feet and more comfortable to use.
New Paint Job
Say goodbye to the outdated paint and interior colors! All-new paint and interior design is headed to the pool deck.
New Equipment
New lights, new pool equipment, new signs, new lounge chairs, and more! The entire pool area will look good as new.

We have a plan for your swim time to be as seamless as possible during this important renovation project!

All of our Arcata Swim School and private lessons are being relocated to Cal Poly Humboldt! You will enjoy the same swim lesson experience, with our HealthSPORT Swim School instructors just down the road. Our swim director will reach out to each of our current swim school families in the coming weeks with specific details. New to swim school? No problem! Rest assured, we have you covered just up the hill come September!
All of our members are invited to access the HealthSPORT Eureka pool and hot tub!

The Arcata Aqua Conditioning Class will be temporarily relocated to Eureka HealthSPORT during the Arcata pool closure.
